La transizione digitale e la transizione ecologica hanno ridefinito un nuovo approccio nella costruzione del dialogo fra gli Stati del Mondo e le loro economie, reinterpretando il proprio futuro all’interno della grande scacchiera. Il tema della green e blue economy legata alla rivoluzione digitale ha condotto le cancellerie a reindirizzare la volontà dei singoli verso un benessere collettivo che veda nel concetto di “armonia” il valore delle scelte condivise e di progresso per l’intera comunità.
La pace, infatti, ha trovato una nuova chiave di volta nel rapporto fra i Paesi del Mondo. La transizione digitale ha ridefinito infatti gli equilibri fra i singoli stati divenendo cruciale per affrontare le sfide geopolitiche globali, rimodulando economie e le agende setting delle singole realtà Nazionali ponendo nuove criticità e obiettivi da raggiungere non più in una logica di supremazia ideologica, bensì di visione a lungo termine sia sul versante delle infrastrutture digitali, delle logistiche e della corsa alle reti di comunicazione.
Su questa scia si imbattono diverse tematiche, tra cui il tema sulla necessità di integrare vita pubblica e privata all’interno dell’identità digitale. Fulcro di miliardi di file che ricostruiscono la nostra identità e personalità, rappresentando il vero petrolio del mondo moderno. Lo scontro dialettico e politico su tale tematica lascia ancora aperta la discrasia ancora forte tra libertà e opportunità. Una discussione che collegata ai nuovi mercati apre scenari innovativi nella crescita di start up e servizi al cittadino in un’ottica non solo di una maturità consapevole del concetto di Smart City, ma anche di cittadinanza e cultura digitale attiva.

The digital transition and the ecological transition have redefined a new approach in building dialogue between the states of the world and their economies, reinterpreting their own future within the great chessboard. The green and blue economy linked to the digital revolution has led the chancelleries to redirect the will of individuals towards a collective well-being that sees in the concept of "harmony" the value of shared choices and progress for the entire community.
Peace, in fact, has found a new keystone in the relationship between the countries of the world. In fact, the digital transition has redefined the balance between individual states, becoming crucial for addressing global geopolitical challenges, reshaping economies and the agendas settings of individual national realities by setting new critical issues and objectives to be achieved no longer in a logic of ideological supremacy, but of vision. in the long term both in terms of digital infrastructures, logistics and the race for communication networks.
In this wake, various issues come across, including the issue of the need to integrate public and private life within the digital identity. Hub of billions of files that reconstruct our identity and personality, representing the true oil of the modern world. The dialectical and political clash on this issue still leaves open the still strong gap between freedom and opportunity. A discussion that, connected to the new markets, opens up innovative scenarios in the growth of start-ups and services to citizens with a view not only to an aware maturity of the concept of Smart City, but also of citizenship and active digital culture.
